Yes<br/>Adoption Fee: $75.00<br/>Any other info:<br/><br/>Meet Diego.<br/><br/>It's hard to believe this stunning boy was once out on the streets, just trying to survive.<br/><br/>Diego is a gorgeous smoke colored gray tabby with striking golden eyes and a personality that's impossible not to love.<br/><br/>He's a chatty guy who always has something to say, loves attention, and is happiest curled up in your lap soaking up all the pets he can get.<br/><br/>After being found with a severe injury that required emergency veterinary care, Diego has made an amazing recovery thanks to a good samaritan and fast acting amazing veterinary care.<br/><br/>Unfortunately he did test positive for FIV and heartworm disease. While there isn't treatment for heartworm disease in cats, Diego is feeling great and doesn't let his diagnoses define him one bit.<br/><br/>He isn't slowing down for anyone and he is determined to find a loving family for all of his days.<br/><br/>Diego is not a fan of dogs, but he has been wonderful with everyone else he's met. All he's asking for now is what every cat deserves: a safe home, a soft bed, and someone who will love him exactly as he is.<br/><br/>Diego is estimated to be around 4 years old. He is also neutered, microchipped, and up to date on age appropriate vaccines. He did test positive for FIV and Heartworm disease but negative for FelV. We will be retesting him for all three just to be extra sure.<br/><br/>Sometimes the cats who have been through the most end up loving the hardest.<br/><br/>We think Diego has so much love left to give. Diego is a gorgeous smoke colored gray tabby with striking golden eyes and a personality that's impossible not to love.

He's a chatty guy who always has something to say, loves attention, and is happiest curled up in your lap soaking up all the pets he can get.

After being found with a severe injury that required emergency veterinary care, Diego has made an amazing recovery thanks to a good samaritan and fast acting amazing veterinary care.

*** Please note: we do not utilize the "introduce yourself" or inquires from Petfinder as they typically end up in our spam folder. If you are interested in meeting or adopting a dog/cat please submit an adoption application found on our website. *** CONTACT US DIRECTLY: The first step to our adoption process is to submit an adoption application. Please email the application to adoptions@serenityanimalhospital.net. The application can be found on our website www.serenityanimalhospital.net under the ‘Adoptions’ tab. You are able to complete and submit application directly from website. Once we receive your application, we will contact you within 72 hours. Please allow us this time to approve your application by calling your landlord, veterinarian and/or references. Once your application has been approved we will call you to schedule a meet and greet with our adoptable pets. If the pet you are interested in is no longer available we will reply to the email used to submit application. We will save all approved applications for 3 months, unless otherwise requested. Therefore, if you find a dog you wish to adopt within 3 months of your application being approved, you simply need to call asap to request an adoption meet & greet. However, all adoptable pets will be subject to the order of submission of desire. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN A PARTICULAR PET, THAT YOU SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION ASAP, AS WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ADOPT IN THE ORDER OF RECEIVED APPLICAITONS/REQUESTS.
