Diablo: Courtesy Post's Story

Diablo is a handsome, gentle, and affectionate 7-year-old cat with a calm, loving personality. He enjoys a peaceful routine and is happiest in a quiet home where he can relax and feel secure. One of his favorite things to do is stretch out in a sunny window and spend hours birdwatching or simply soaking up the warmth. While he isn't a constant lap cat, he loves affection on his own terms and will happily come to you for pets, head scratches, and cuddles when he's ready. Once he trusts you, he is incredibly loyal and enjoys quietly following you around the house or keeping you company from a nearby chair.

He has a funny, independent streak and likes having his own space, but he also has a very sweet and caring side that shines through with the people he loves. He has always formed especially strong bonds with the men in our family and seems to be most comfortable with calm, gentle energy.

He is sensitive to loud noises, frequent changes, and young children crying, so he would thrive in a quieter household with adults or older children who understand and respect his space.

He has brought his family years of love, companionship, and quiet comfort, and this decision has been incredibly difficult for them. They hope to find him a patient, loving forever home where he can continue enjoying sunny windows, peaceful naps, and all the affection he deserves. Email Emily@kittykind.org to apply
