Dexter's Story

20CH0486A 9/4/2020 I was brought to Cat Haven after being found as a stray, in hopes of finding a home! 12/3/2025 I was returned to Cat Haven when my owner was moving and could not take me with him. When I got to Cat Haven, I was very confused and scared. Cat Haven knew that I was having trouble adjusting so they found me a wonderful foster home. While I am still very nervous when meeting new people at my foster's house, I have adjusted well otherwise and even get along great with the other foster kitty there. This shows that I could happily adjust to a new adoptive home given time, understanding, and patience!

Dexter is:

Curious and cautious
Learning to trust
Friendly
Playful

Gets along with cats: Yes
Gets along with dogs: No
Gets along with young children: Unknown
