Delilah's Story

Meet Baby Delilah, a 4-month-old black-and-white "cow cat" who is, quite frankly, a 10/10 perfect kitten!

If you are looking for a sweet, hilarious, and high-energy companion, Delilah is ready to steal your heart. Delilah has a hilarious passion for human snacks. She goes absolutely crazy if there is pizza or whipped cream anywhere in her vicinity! You'll definitely want to guard your dinner plates from this tiny foodie.

She is still trying to figure out how to meow properly. Instead of a normal kitten squeak, she frequently sounds like a raspy baby grandma, which adds to her endless charm.

When she isn't trying to steal your pizza crust, she is a total sweetheart who loves to zoom around, play with toys, and soak up affection.

Delilah is an incredibly social girl. She is very friendly with her current foster sister, and the two of them spend their days joyfully chasing each other around. To keep her thriving, Delilah must be adopted into a home with another friendly cat, or you can adopt her with another kitten from our rescue.

Save Kitty Foundation's Adoption Policy
Potential adopters complete an online application. All applications are then reviewed and potential candidates are contacted for a phone interview/conversation to ask/answer questions, determine if the cat is a good match for their home/family, and then discuss next steps. If both sides want to move forward, we ask for a video tour of the home and also any relevant medical records for their resident cat. Additional conversations often follow - suggestions for addressing potential hazards in the home (e.g. poisonous plant). If everything checks out with those two items, the adoption is approved and adopter is given information on supplies to purchase.
