Dectin's Story

Moxie is a 2 year old spayed female. She was found to only have 1 kidney during her spay surgery but she seems to be doing well. <br/>Dectin is a 5 weeks old so he won’t be ready for another 3-4 weeks. As a single kitten he is a little slower to develop than typical kittens. So far has a gentle and calm temperament. They could be fostered together is someone is interested in mom and baby but don’t have to be once he is old enough to be weaned.<br/><br/>Moxie, the mom, is a 2 year old spayed female. SPCA of North Florida's Adoption Policy
We have many cats and kittens available for adoption throughout the year. Our kittens are in foster homes during the week where they receive the love and attention they need to grow and thrive. All of our cats and kittens have been leukemia tested, vet checked, vaccinated, dewormed, treated for fleas with advantage, spayed or neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. They also receive any other necessary treatment while in our program such as treatment for ear mites, respiratory infections, etc. Our tax-deductible adoption fee is $100 to help cover a portion of the medical and care costs.
