Always aware of his surroundings, Declan carries himself with a quiet confidence and curious spirit.<br/>He came to us after living outdoors with a group of cats who were being cared for by a kind feeder, so its no surprise that he enjoys the company of his kitty friends and would do well in a home with other cats. When Declan first arrived, he kept his true personality tucked away, but once he settled into one of our beautiful cat rooms, he made an incredible transformation. <br/>Now, this sweet boy actively seeks out pets and attention from his favorite people and can often be found happily running around the room playing. Declan may still have a quirky, slightly coy side when it comes to affection, but once he feels comfortable, his loving personality shines just as brightly as his bright eyes and his gorgeous black coat.<br/>DOB: 3/2024<br/>Cat adoption information and application can be found at www.staf.org.<br/>All cats and kittens have been vet-checked, spayed/neutered, and are up-to-date on vaccinations. Adoption fee includes carrier, scratching pad, starter pack of food and litter, and toy. We prefer kittens be adopted in pairs. We offer free advice anytime about your adopted cat. If, for any reason, it doesn't work out, we will take the cat back, anytime in the future. Potential adopters must be interviewed in person, at the shelter, and live within 150 miles of Cincinnati.
