Hi, I'm DC! I'm a handsome silver Siamese/tabby mix with a gentle soul and so much love to give.<br/><br/>I may be a senior, but I still have plenty of affection to share. One of my favorite things is rubbing against your legs to ask for pets and attention—I just love being close to my people! I'm also a big fan of wet food, and once I settle into a new home, I'm a very relaxed, easygoing companion.<br/><br/>Because I have some vision impairment, Id do best in a calm, quiet home where I can learn my surroundings at my own pace. Don't worry—I can still see, and once I adjust, I get around just fine.<br/><br/>I'm friendly with other cats, but Id be happiest in a peaceful home where I can enjoy lots of love, gentle pets, and cozy naps.<br/><br/>If you're looking for a sweet senior with a heart of gold, Id love to meet you!<br/><br/>Come meet me and all of my feline friends! Prospective adopters complete an adoption application, and our team reviews each application to ensure the best match for both the cat and adopter. We take into consideration the cat's personality, medical needs, and compatibility with the household. We encourage adopters to meet the cats and ask questions before making a decision. Adoption counselors are available to help match families with a cat that best fits their lifestyle. All adoptable cats receive appropriate veterinary care prior to adoption, including spay or neuter surgery, vaccinations, and other medical treatment as needed. Adopters receive information about their cat's medical history, behavior, and any ongoing care recommendations to help ensure a successful transition into their new home.
