Darla's Story
Darla was found at a colony in Highland Park. She would always come running when we arrived for food and pets. When we brought her in, to TNR, we discovered that she had a micro-chip and and family. However, the family didn't let her inside, and asked if they could surrender her to our rescue. In addition to not having an indoor life, we also discovered via X-ray that Darla had been repeatedly shot by a BB-gun, and had pellets under her skin. Despite all of her tribulations, Darla is the sweetest cat possible.

Darla is spayed, fully vaccinated, FIV/FELV negative, and fecal negative. She is being fostered in Highland Park and is ready for immediate adoption. She seems to get along with other cats but would also be happy on her own.
