Dante's Story

Meet Dante - this sweet boy came to us from a hoarding house in Kentucky with a severe ear issue that had clearly been causing him pain for quite some time. Despite everything he had been through, Dante was incredibly gentle and trusting from the moment we met him!<br/><br/>Our veterinary team was able to locate and remove a mass in his ear that was causing a serious infection. He's now fully recovered, though he was left with an adorable little head tilt from the past ear trauma that only adds to his charm.<br/><br/>Dante is a more timid boy who takes a little time to trust, but once he feels safe, he melts into affection - rolling around for pets and showing off his incredibly sweet personality. We love this special boy so much and can't wait for him to find the forever family he deserves.

Our adoption process is designed to ensure cats are placed in safe, stable, and loving homes. Adopters must be at least 20 years old, with at least one person on the adoption contract meeting this requirement. All adoption paperwork is completed electronically, so a valid email and ability to receive text messages are required. Adopters must confirm their housing allows cats by obtaining lease or HOA approval. All household members must agree to adding a new pet to ensure a smooth transition. For the safety of all animals, resident pets must be fully vetted and up to date on vaccinations and preventative care, and adopters should be prepared to provide veterinary records if requested. Above all, adopters must demonstrate the ability to provide a safe, loving, and responsible home for their new cat.
