Daniel's Story

Meet Daniel, an extra-toed cutie (polydactyl!) . Curious & outgoing

Daniel is a special little kitten with a whole lot of personality—and even a few extra toes to make him extra unique and adorable! This sweet boy is confident, curious, and always ready to explore whatever is happening around him.

He's a playful little guy who loves noisy toys, anything he can chase, and all the fun that comes with being a kitten. When playtime is over, Daniel is also a total sweetheart who enjoys attention and affection from his people. Daniel does great with other cats and dogs, making him a wonderful fit for a home with furry friends already waiting.

Daniel is also an extra special boy with a special need. He has inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), which is well managed with a prescription diet. He currently eats Purina Pro Plan Gastroenteric Veterinary Diet and has been thriving on it. His future family will need to continue feeding his prescription food and keep up with routine veterinary care to help him stay happy and healthy.

Don't let his special diet discourage you—Daniel doesn't let IBD slow him down one bit! He's a sweet, loving companion who has so much affection to give, and he's hoping to find someone who will love him just as much in return.

Young cats truly do best in pairs! Having a kitten buddy helps them learn important social skills like appropriate play, boundaries, and communication. They also keep each other busy, which means they can burn off energy in healthy ways (instead of using your hands, feet, or furniture as a jungle gym!). Most importantly, growing up with a friend helps kittens become more confident, well-adjusted adult cats who are happier and less prone to boredom or loneliness. To encourage this, we offer a discounted adoption fee when two cats are adopted together—because twice the love really is better!

If you're looking for a fun, loving, one-of-a-kind kitty to brighten your days, Daniel is ready to meet you! He is just over a year old.

Adoption application can be found at this link- https://airtable.com/shrGSvgMTS3wUQn2H
