Daisy May's Story

Who doesn't love a black and white cat? Daisy May has bold (and fashionable) coloring and draws the attention of everyone that she meets! Daisy May is quite shy and will need a patient and knowledgeable adopter to help her along her socialization journey. She has made so much progress already! While she doesn't welcome attention, she tolerates being held and petted and enjoys playing and getting treats. If you are truly looking to change the life and future of a rescue cat, Daisy May needs you!

Daisy May was born to a feral mom and brought to FUR as a young kitten. Unfortunately, she was the only one of 7 kittens that were able to be caught and rescued. She was very nervous at first but was adopted by one of the nursing mom cats at FUR, who had 5 kittens around the same age as Daisy May. She is enjoying her time in our kitten room, nursing alongside her adopted brothers and sisters.

Sadly, all of Daisy May's "adopted" siblings have been adopted, as well as her adoptive kitty mom, and she is alone again at FUR. While she has joined another group of kittens her age, we dread watching her be left behind again as her new "littermates" are adopted one by one. If you have the patience and heart to help a frightened kitten, come meet Daisy May!
