DOB: 7/2020<br/><br/>I'm Daisy, a sweet 5 year old brown tabby with magical flecks of orange fur and round green eyes. I was adopted as a kitten, but now that my owner moved into a nursing home, I need a new forever family!<br/><br/>I know my name and I'll run to you when you call me! (Maybe I'm hoping you'll feed me, but I really do love attention, too!) I love petting, chin scratches, and gentle brushing. I'm also playful so I hope you have some toy mice and a wand toy for me! I like all kinds of scratchers and will put them to use. And I'll talk to you with gentle trills.<br/><br/>My favorite places to hang out are in a cat tree, on a windowsill, or right next to my person. I might even gaze into your eyes.<br/><br/>I love to sleep in a sunny spot. Do you have one of those for me? I'll sleep in bed with you at night, too. <br/><br/>I find other cats quite intimidating so I would prefer to be an only pet. I would do fine with kids.<br/><br/>I've been in some nice foster homes, but I've been waiting a long time for a permanent home. We rely solely on fostering, volunteers, donations, and adoption fees. An adoption fee of $175.00 must be paid at the time of adoption by either cash or check. All of our adoptable animals are assessed in foster homes, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered and tested for FeLV/FIV. Medical records will be released with the adopted pet.
