She came into foster care nervous and unsure, using her tiny hiss to express her fear—but despite all the theatrics, she has never scratched or hurt anyone. Her foster mom lovingly calls her a “little teapot”: small, simmering with opinions, but full of sweetness when handled with care.

This girl communicates with her ears. They give away her mood before anything else, and they’re half the charm of watching her gain confidence. Daisy is shy, but she is so determined to be brave. Every day she steps a little further out of her comfort zone—coming forward to investigate, holding her ground instead of running, and exploring her foster home one cautious paw at a time. She loves to perch up high or tuck herself into a corner where she can supervise the whole world with her trademark look of judgment.

Daisy appreciates affection, but she prefers when her human initiates. She has been learning to enjoy cuddles, and chin rubs are now a certified favorite. She still trembles sometimes when picked up, but she settles quickly, and the progress she has made with daily handling is remarkable. She watches the other kittens play more than she joins in, but she has begun diving into the action more and more—usually after she has observed long enough to feel safe.

Daisy is looking for a home with another friendly cat who can help show her the ropes and encourage her bravery.

This smart, sensitive girl is all about boundaries—and she’s confident about expressing them. She has zero hesitation telling dogs or toddlers that she needs space, which is why a calm home with older, gentle children is the best fit for her.

She may tuck herself into the tiniest hiding spots when she needs a break, but she never misses mealtime, and she always comes back out when she’s ready. With patience, kindness, and a peaceful environment, Daisy will continue to blossom into the sweet, quirky companion she is meant to be.

Daisy is looking for someone who can love her exactly as she is and help her become the confident cat she’s meant to be. Could that be you?

Daisy was born around 6/16/25. She has been spayed and vaccinated. She is litter box trained.

We are located in the Columbia Gorge area in OR/WA (this is where the kittens are fostered), but we are able to transport to those locations where we advertise (i.e. Seattle and Portland area). There isn't an additional fee for transport, but any additional donation to help support what our little group does is appreciated.

When responding to this ad, please provide a phone number where you can be reached. Having an alternate means to contact people is helpful, since our email can end up in SPAM. Please also provide some information on your home. For example: Do you have small children? How many? Is your home life quiet or busy? Do you live in a rural or urban area? Do you have any other pets? What else should we know?

All of the kittens at Pawsitivity are fostered in homes where they are cared for and socialized. We don't keep kittens in cages (except maybe at bedtime). Our foster parents are able to learn each of their personalities this way and determine the best home for them. We also make sure all kittens are healthy before placing them in their forever home.

For additional information on our group and what we do, please check out our website: www.pawsitivity.info

Pawsitivity's Adoption Policy
Adopter understands that kittens/cats available for adoption have been rescued from a variety of situations, including neglect/abuse, as such could be subject to health or behavioral problems not known at this time. Adopter agrees and accepts the kitten/cat with this understanding. The kittens/cats are healthy and up to date on all vaccines and medical treatments which were necessary for the health of the kitten/cat. Rescuer/foster makes no further guarantees or warranties of any kind for health of the kitten/cat and that the adopter assumes all risks at/from the time of initial possession and following. Adopter understands full responsibility for the health and welfare of the adopted kitten/cat for the duration of the natural life. The responsibility includes all costs for veterinary and health needs, housing and shelter, food and any other expenses related to care and welfare. Adopter agrees to contact a veterinarian to follow up vaccines, if needed. Adopter understands that declawing cats is a cruel procedure and will not do that to the adopted kitten/cat. Adopter agrees to pay the adoption fee/donation. We do not have an adoption application, but we do want to speak to the potential adopter and ask a few questions in order to make sure we find the right fit for our cats/kittens.
