Craig's Story
Meet Craig - A Laid-Back Boy Looking for His Forever Home

Craig is a 1-year-old brown tabby cat who came to us as a stray. He can be a little shy when first meeting new people, but if you give him a little time he will show you just how sweet he can be. A little patience will give him the chance to blossom into an affectionate, playful companion.

Craig is a laid-back boy who is perfectly happy to take life at his own pace. He enjoys a good scratch and will lean right into your hand to let you know he is enjoying every second of it. When the mood strikes, he also loves a good play session. He enjoys wand toys and anything he can "hunt", but he is equally content to simply relax and enjoy the company around him.

Speaking of company, Craig has made it clear that he is a cat who likes having a feline friend nearby. He quickly became fond of a few cats here at the shelter, and we believe he will do best with another cat to keep him company. He will need to go to a home that already has another cat that can help show him the ropes and find his footing.

Craig would do best in a calm, patient home with adopters who are happy to give him a little time to settle in. He hasn't had much exposure to children, but we think he could do well with cat savvy kids. We are unsure how he would do with dogs at this time.

As we are closed to the public, adoptions are by appointment only. If you're interested in meeting Craig, please fill out our online adoption application (https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/MWHS/Cat). We will review all applications and make appointments for those applicants we feel would provide a good and loving home for Craig.
