This handsome brown tabby arrived at ARF at the end of June after being surrendered with his sister, Samantha. While the two have shared quite a journey together, they do not have to be adopted as a pair. We simply like to let adopters know when littermates come into our care in case someone is interested in keeping a feline family together. Whether Cory joins your home on his own or alongside Samantha, he's sure to make a wonderful companion.<br/><br/>Cory is sporting one of the most beloved looks in the cat world and it's his beautiful brown tabby coat. Tabby cats have captured hearts for generations and have become some of pop culture's most memorable felines. From the mischievous Garfield and the adventurous Puss in Boots to Morris the Cat, tabbies have long been celebrated for their charm, personality and unmistakable good looks. It's easy to see why this classic coat pattern has so many fans!<br/><br/>As a kitten, Cory is in the busiest and cutest stage of life. Expect plenty of zoomies, toy-chasing, climbing, pouncing, and investigating every corner of his new home. Kittens are energetic little learners who thrive on play, so Cory will benefit from interactive toys, scratching posts, climbing opportunities, and daily play sessions to help him burn off energy and build confidence.<br/><br/>His new family should also be prepared to provide the essentials every growing kitten needs: a nutritious kitten diet, routine veterinary care as he continues to grow, lots of positive socialization, and, of course, plenty of love and patience while he learns the routines of his forever home.<br/><br/>If you're ready to welcome a fun-loving, handsome little sidekick into your life, Cory is waiting to meet you. He has all the makings of a loyal companion and he's ready to start his next adventure with a family to call his own.<br/><br/>The shelter is open Tuesdays through Fridays 3:30-6:30pm AND Saturdays & Sundays 1pm-4pm. No appointments are needed during those times.
