They were shy in the beginning, but have really started to be brave and trust humans. Cookie has become especially brave and loves to rub her humans ankles for reciprocal affection. Cookie also has the cutest little meows for attention. She has just become the sweetest little girl.<br/><br/>Her sister S'mores is still a bit shy and reserved and enjoy spending time in a little hut. She is happy to accepts pets from her humans, but not quite as brave as her sister.<br/><br/>We think they will do well going to their new home together so S'mores can continue to work on being brave with her sweet sister by her side. When they are ready for a nap they look so cute curled up together in their hut.<br/><br/>Both girls love pets and especially love Temptations treats!!<br/><br/>Approximate Birthday: 03/19/2025<br/><br/>Adoption Fee: $ 75.00<br/><br/>TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchip, FIV/FeLV test, and deworming. A two-week trial is included as part of the adoption.<br/><br/>Because we do not know the background of many of our cats, we cannot guarantee exact age or breed.<br/><br/>Adoption centers may not have a volunteer present to open the cat enclosures, and we have foster homes located throughout the KC metro area. TARA is foster home based. However, some of our dogs live at a private boarding facility in the Waldo area. We also have several cats at the Ward Parkway Shopping Center PetSmart adoption center, and you are welcome to drop by and see our cats there.
