Hi! My name is COOKIE, though I am sometimes called “q-tip “ because I have a white tip on the end of my tail. <br/><br/>I was rescued into Hiawatha Animal Humane Society care along with my litter mates. from a popular local camping area in Wabasha, MN. <br/><br/>I was just a feral kitten in the beginning, but I have quickly become a real lover boy! I like to be petted and will even roll over on my back so people can pet my stomach!<br/><br/>I am a loving and affectionate cat, but I do need for you to give me awhile to warm up to you. I assure you that I warm up as quick as I am to always eager to play.<br/><br/>I currently like to sleep in bed with my foster mom and sometimes nudge her awake for more petting and sometimes for food. <br/><br/>I enjoy the companionship of my foster mates. I'm kind of the instigator in daily activities and I make sure to be first in line at feeding (and treat) time! <br/><br/>I am good with kids but again, it could take a few days for me to get used to them. Then I'll become their best ally. I love sitting with people, always wanting to be near. I also like to be carried around. If you let me sleep on your pillow I'll lull you to sleep with my purring.<br/><br/>I'm a really good boy who would love to find my forever humans to bond with. <br/><br/>I have been neutered, microchipped and I am current on my shots, so now I just need a phone call from you so we can meet!
