Cookie's Story
Hello there, I’m Cookie! I’m a beautiful 8-year-old lady weighing 9.25 pounds, and I’m hoping to find a forever home where I can spend my days surrounded by people who love me.

I’m a sweet girl who enjoys being around people, and I’m kid friendly, too. I can be a little shy when we first meet, but give me some patience and time to get comfortable, and I’ll warm up to you. Once I know you’re one of my people, I’m happy to show you just how much love I have to give.

I’ve lived with other cats before, so I can peacefully coexist with feline friends. I haven’t met any dogs, though, so I’m not sure how I would feel about sharing my home with one. Slow introductions would be best if you have a canine companion.

I’m litter box trained and have some pretty wonderful favorite pastimes. I love hanging out with my people, being brushed, lounging on my cat tower, and playing with my toys. Really, I’m happiest when I’m simply spending time with the people I love. I love to love and be loved!

If you’re looking for a sweet, gentle companion who will be happy to keep you company, I may be just the girl you’ve been waiting for. Stop by Heartland and come meet me in person. I’d love to get to know you!
