Meet Concrete Dave!<br/><br/>Concrete Dave is a shy but incredibly sweet 2-year-old boy who just needs a little time to let his personality shine. Once he feels comfortable, he absolutely loves pets, wet food, and pretty much any treat you’re willing to offer him. 🍽️✨<br/><br/>He has previously lived around other cats and could likely do well with a feline friend again. A dog test can be done if needed. As he settles in and comes out of his shell, we know there will be even more adorable moments (and photos!) to share.<br/><br/>Concrete Dave is neutered, FELV/FIV negative, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines — all he’s missing is a patient home where he can feel safe and loved.
