Coco's Story

PLEASE NOTE: You must complete an ADOPTION APPLICATION in order to receive a response. https://www.homeatlastrescue.ca/adoption-form/, or click on the "MORE ABOUT HOME AT LAST RESCUE" button in the bottom right for a direct link.

Meet Coco! This gorgeous three-year-old has a stunning, shiny black coat and a sweet, gentle personality to match. She loves attention and will happily purr away while you pet her, which she thoroughly enjoys. Coco has a playful side, too. She’s a big fan of scrunchy toys, catnip, and anything string-like. Every now and then, she gets the zoomies and might even chase her own tail, which is pretty entertaining to watch. Coco can be a little shy at first, but once she settles in, she becomes quite friendly and even a bit chatty. Coco enjoys a big, bright, sunny window where she can bask in the sunshine while watching the birds and squirrels. We don’t know how she is with other cats or dogs, but she’s been good with kids. Coco would be fine in a home on her own, as long as someone is home often to keep her company.

Coco came to us as a stray after being found alone outside. The kind people who found her took her in and were prepared to keep her, but unfortunately, their cats did not take to having a new cat in the house.

If you’re looking for a laid-back companion who will love all the attention you have to offer, Coco could be your girl. Coco is ready to find her new forever home at last!

As we often receive numerous applications for each cat or kitten, we will only contact applicants who best suit the needs of the cat or kitten. For example, if it is stipulated that the cat needs another cat buddy at home and you do not have one, you may not receive a response. Finding the best home for our cat or kitten is our top priority. Applications are not first-come, first-served.
