Coco's Story

Coco is a beautiful young (about 1 year) calico kitty with unique markings and a beautiful face and soul to match. We are working with our international rescue partners in Qatar to find a wonderful home for this oh so deserving girl. She is traveling to NYC soon (spring 2022) and we hope to find her a home prior to her arrival.

Coco's original owners left her on the streets when they moved, and as a domesticated house cat she was completely helpless. She would have been killed or starved to death. Thankfully good animal loving people found her and immediately came to her rescue. She has been in foster care for a few months now and is doing very well with children and other cats!

She is sweet, fun, playful, curious, independent but also affectionate. She is scared of dogs so a dog free home is best for Coco!

We are accepting applications for her adoption. A virtual meet and greet can be held via zoom with the current foster mom, and an in person meeting would be held upon her arrival to the US. She will be in NJ once she arrives to the USA.

Coco has been spayed, vaccinated, blood tested negative for FIV/FLeV, and is healthy for travel and adoption.

If you are interested in potentially adopting Coco you must complete our online adoption application found on our website; www.savingfancycats.org.
