Clove's Story

Meet Clove!

This sweet guy was found as a stray in one of our volunteer's neighborhood, not neutered or microchipped but SO sweet, and was definitely a newcomer to the neighborhood. She brought him in from the cold and he turned out to be the sweetest, snuggliest boy. He’s now been neutered and vaccinated and is ready for a forever home! We believe he is around 8-12 months old. Clove does well with all people and other cats, but will need some patience getting used to dogs, since is still pretty fearful of them. He has been getting better at hanging out around dogs that aren't overly interested in him.

Since was previously living outside, he will sometimes try to sneak out the door, but we bet he would LOVE access to a catio. He is really LOVING being a spoiled inside boy with two square meals a day, and really has no street smarts to be living outside. The couple times he managed to sneak back out of his foster home in the dead of winter, he would come back covered in fresh scabs from getting beat up - even after being neutered.

Clove is SUCH an affectionate cat, and wants to be where you are as much as possible. He has the most vibrant golden eyes and the sweetest gentlest mews. Are you ready for a new cuddly companion? He’s your guy.
