Clementine's Story

Clementine is a beautiful 11 month old long-haired orange tabby. She was rescued along with her four kittens from a public housing complex near DC. Despite rat poison & predators, she managed to raise the kittens to 5 weeks entirely on her own.
Although extremely malnourished and fearful when she first arrived, Clementine's top priority was her kittens and she took outstanding care of them! Even though she was initially afraid of humans, she quickly figured out that we were helping and she trusted us to handle them.
Clementine is very appreciative of kindness (including food!) and will warm your heart with her sweet, positive outlook. She loves to sit right next to her care-givers and get pets or just watch what you are doing and be near you. If what you happen to be doing is knitting, all the better, because she will help you with that!
Clementine is spayed, vaccinated for rabies and distemper, and is negative for FIV and FeLV. The only thing she needs now is a loving forever home!
Although she is understandably shy at first, Clementine warms up in just a few days with new care givers, and we expect her to settle in easily with a calm and patient forever family. If you have room in your heart and home for this very deserving and beautiful lady, please text us on 301-788-1574 or email us at comkitties1@gmail.com
