CLAIRE <br/><br/>Claire has been with us for far too long… quietly waiting while others get chosen. And we just don’t understand how this keeps happening—because this girl is everything.<br/><br/>Claire was left behind when her family moved away. A kind neighbor made sure she was fed, but no one brought her inside. She survived outside longer than she ever should have, and by the time we were able to rescue her, her little body showed it—painful flea dermatitis, missing fur, scabs… and dental disease so severe she was left with just one tooth (which she proudly keeps.) <br/><br/>And somehow… none of that changed who she is.<br/><br/>Claire is pure love.<br/><br/>She doesn’t just like attention—she needs to be close to you. If you bend down, she reaches up to you, gently placing her paws on your legs like she’s asking for a moment of your time. Pick her up, and she will wrap her arms around you and hold on… like a hug she’s been waiting her whole life to give.<br/><br/>She doesn’t know a stranger. She doesn’t hold a grudge. She just loves.<br/><br/>Because of everything she went through outside, Claire can get a little unsure around other cats, so we think she’d feel safest and happiest as your one-and-only. But dogs? She’s done well with them!<br/><br/>Claire is petite, gentle, affectionate beyond words… and so incredibly deserving of a home that will never leave her behind again.<br/><br/>Please share her story.<br/>Please help her be seen.<br/><br/>It’s time.
