CJ

Meet CJ!

CJ is a gray & black tabby with a BIG personality!

CJ got her name after she was found wandering around our local restaurant, Country Junction. A kind woman who found her brought her to Four Hearts Animal Rescue, and we quickly learned that this little girl is an absolute sweetheart!

CJ is rambunctious, playful, and incredibly affectionate. She LOVES being loved on, but if you ask her what she'd rather do, she'll probably choose PLAY! There truly isn't a toy she doesn't like. Wand toys, balls, springs, stuffed toys—you name it, CJ is ready to play!

Once she's worn herself out, she's more than happy to soak up some attention and affection. She's the perfect combination of sweet snuggler + tiny tornado.

CJ did arrive at the rescue with an injury to her right eye, which resulted in an eye ulcer. Our veterinary team believes the ulcer is unlikely to completely resolve, but fortunately it is not expected to progress. They also suspect that CJ retains vision in that eye, although her vision is likely blurred. Because of this, she can occasionally be startled if someone approaches her quickly from her right side. With a little awareness and patience, she does wonderfully!

CJ is looking for a family who will appreciate her playful, affectionate personality and give her the chance to grow into the wonderful cat she's meant to be. If you're looking for a kitten who will keep you entertained, make you laugh, and then demand all the pets afterward... CJ might just be your girl!
