Cisco's Story

Hi, I’m Cisco. I came to SBACC in July of 2011 with my brother Poncho when we were about 14 weeks old. We were both very frightened and went into foster care together. My brother was a bit more outgoing than I am and he finally got adopted. I am nervous around people I don't know and usually keep to myself. If I know someone, I may allow
petting, especially when it's quiet. I respond to quiet voices and I love treats.

I get along fine with the other mellow cats in my room.

I’m comfortable here and wouldn’t mind living out my senior years where I’m loved and cared for by a wonderful team of volunteers and staff. Maybe if the right person came along, I could adjust to a new home, but after all this time at SBACC, it feels like home!
12/8/25 2:14 AM
