Chuck's Story
Chuck is a 7-year-old tabby gentleman with a very important request: please keep petting him!

Chuck may be a little shy when you first meet him, but give him a little time and a few gentle pets, and you'll quickly discover his affectionate side. Once the petting begins, Chuck has absolutely no intention of letting you stop. Try pulling your hand away and he'll reach out a paw as if to say, “Excuse me... I didn't tell you to stop.”

Chuck has very few teeth, but that certainly hasn't slowed him down when it comes to enjoying life or demanding his favorite thing: attention! He's also FIV+, but you'd never know it. Chuck is happy, healthy, and living proof that FIV+ cats can live long, wonderful lives filled with love, naps, and plenty of affection.

He would love a calm, loving home where he can take his time getting comfortable and then settle in for plenty of one-on-one attention. If you're looking for a laid-back companion who will happily keep you company and make sure you never forget your petting duties, Chuck may be your guy. Just be prepared to keep those hands moving!

Fun fact: Chuck may have only a few teeth left, but he still has a full set of opinions about how much petting he deserves. (The answer is: more.)

Adoption Information

Prior to adoption, every cat in our care is spayed or neutered, microchipped, given age-appropriate vaccinations, treated for parasites, and combo-tested for FIV/FeLV. We make sure each cat is healthy, safe, and ready to thrive in their forever home.

Adoption Fees

Kittens (under 6 months): $175
Adults (over 6 months): $150
Seniors / Special Needs: $100

Please Note:

We cannot hold cats for any reason. Please only apply if you're ready to meet and welcome your new companion within 3 days of applying.
Kittens under 4 months must go to a home with another friendly feline, or be adopted with a buddy. (If a kitten is excluded from this rule, it will be noted in their profile.)
