Choir Practice's Story
I'm Choir Practice, and I am currently in warm-ups. That means I may not give you the full concert right away, but I am listening from my little seat in the back row, gathering courage note by note. The humans are still watching my melody appear, and so far it seems to arrive in small movements, soft eyes, and the occasional brave little entrance when the room feels properly tuned. I also have a grade 2 heart murmur, which I've decided is simply my built-in metronome keeping time, and right now I'm doing just fine with my tiny rhythm section.

I do not perform on command. I rehearse. I check the acoustics. I decide whether your footsteps are percussion or nonsense. Someday I may reveal whether I am a soprano, alto, or professional snack hymn, but for now I am clearing my tiny throat behind the curtain and preparing to steal the whole recital.
