Choco Cat clearly was a pet at one time but some very unkind human abandoned him. Fortunately he was found, selected to be a TNR kitty, but once we realized how friendly he was, we decided there was no putting him back out in the world! <br/><br/>Choco Cat is an utter angel of a kitty. You can scoop him up, hug him and love all over him. He just wants a fur-ever home where he can have humans to snuggle with who will promise to never throw him away again. <br/><br/>He is neutered, vaccinated and tested negative for FIV/ FeLV. Adopters have to complete an application that includes personal references and a veterinary reference. I have volunteers that check on the references, and we confirm that they have properly vetted prior pets. They also have to detail other pets in their current household, and confirm that they will not declaw.
