Chirpy - Shy at first, then very friendly 's Story

Chirpy is an odd duck - she starts off shy and aloof and then greets you with chirps and rubs. She will follow you anywhere, loves to go outside and will interact with other cats but when you first meet her, she appears to be a "spirit animal". She's a talker when she gets to know you and sounds like a little bird as she runs to greet you
