ADOPTION FEE WAIVED Meet Chili — a gorgeous 8-month-old kitten in need of a foster… or even better, her forever home! Chili is FeLV-positive, (confirmed via PCR testing after 60 days). Because of this, she must be in a home with no other cats, other FeLV-positive kitties, or possibly a friendly dog who would enjoy having a playful feline companion. This beautiful fluff is BORED being alone in her room. Sadly, separation is necessary for her safety, but Chili desperately wants company. She’s even attempted a few daring escape missions just to hang out with the other cats in the house—she’s social, curious, and full of life. Chili’s story didn’t start out easy. She was dumped in a carrier at a local PetSmart, but thanks to a compassionate foster who stepped up, she was given a second chance. Now she’s ready for the next chapter—one filled with love, enrichment, and companionship. CARF: The Critical Animal Relief Foundation's Adoption Policy

We are a foster based rescue so most of our animals are living in different foster homes in the Chicago area, All kittens are either adopted in pairs or to a home with an age appropriate cat buddy (8 and younger usually). Some kittens are only adopted with a bonded buddy. There are some single adults that can be adopted as a single. Adoptions fees cover spay/neuter, vaccines to date, microchipping, deworming and whatever medical care that was required before adoption. Most kittens will need at least one more vaccine booster shortly after adoption (some need two) and a rabies vaccine. Adoption Fees: Kitten pair - $300 Single kitten - $175 Single adult - $150 Please email us at carfadoptions@gmail.com if interested in adopting. Our adoption fee for cats is $150, kittens is $175 each and $300.00 for a pair of kittens.
