Chickadee's Story

Chickadee was rescued from the outdoors and is the sweetest cat. She’s estimated to be around two years old. She has a gorgeous torbie coloring—a tabby coat with orange spots swirled in. She’s incredibly friendly and affectionate, always happy to soak up attention and spend time with her people. She absolutely loves to make biscuits and is always seeking out pets. She loves rolling around in her soft bed, wet food, and catnip toys. Once she gets to know you, she has a talkative side and loves to have conversations with you.

She’s still getting used to indoor life and learning all the cozy comforts that come with it, but she’s adjusting more every day and continues to blossom as she settles in. She is a social butterfly when meeting new people, she just needs a little time to settle into a new space.

She previous lived with other cats and did well so we believe she would do well in a house with another cat after a proper introduction. Her easy going and incredibly social disposition also suggests that she would do well in a home with friendly dogs or children. She would also be perfectly content as a solo pet!

Chickadee is fully vetted and ready to find a forever home where she can continue to grow, feel safe, and be loved the way she deserves!

If interested please apply through our website.

Please apply on our website: www.thewayhomerescue.org Follow us on IG for more info: @thewayhomerescue
