Cheyenne's Story
Meet Cheyenne!

With those gorgeous blue eyes and striking good looks, Cheyenne knows how to make an impression.

Cheyenne is an independent, observant little girl who likes to take in the world from a comfortable vantage point. She enjoys lounging, watching what's going on around her, and occasionally joining in for some play when the mood strikes.

She's still building confidence with people and prefers affection on her own terms. Rather than being carried around, Cheyenne is happiest sharing your space and getting to know you at her own pace. Give her time to feel secure, and you'll have the pleasure of watching her personality emerge as she settles in.

Cheyenne really benefits from the reassurance of other cats. A friendly, confident feline companion will help her navigate a new home, build her confidence, and show her just how good life with people can be.

Because she's still young, Cheyenne must go to a home with a friendly, confident resident cat or be adopted with a confident kitten. Another shy kitten isn't what she needs — Cheyenne needs a feline friend who can lead the way.

If you already have a confident kitty who could use a beautiful little sidekick, Cheyenne might be just the girl you've been looking for.

Everybody loves kittens, and it's easy to see why! Kittens four months old or younger are only adopted out in pairs or to homes that already have a friendly, playful resident cat. Young kittens simply do not thrive in isolation, and we do not make exceptions. If you're looking for a single cat, please look to our older kittens, teens, or adults. They're wonderful companions and fully ready to be your one-and-only.

All of the Sweet Paws animals are loved a great deal by their rescuers, fosters, and the volunteers who've cared for them along the way. Your kitten will be up to date on appropriate vaccinations by adoption day, but please keep in mind that kittens require multiple routine vet visits throughout the course of their first year. Sweet Paws is staffed by volunteers, and processing applications is time intensive; therefore, we ask that you only submit an application if you are fully committed to adopting.
