Cheyanne's Story

This pretty girl is Cheyanne! Cheyanne is a 7 year old Domestic Long Hair that was brought to SCAC when her previous home was no longer a good fit. Cheyanne enjoys relaxing in her bed, the cat tree, treats, wet food, and pets on her terms. This sweet girl relies heavily on the security of her bed. Once Cheyanne is comfortable she is really sweet and friendly. She may take longer than usual to warm up to a new environment, but she is well worth the wait. Second Chance Animal Center's Adoption Policy

Second Chance has an online adoption application process for cats, dogs, and small critters. Veterinarian and landlord contact information is required on all applications. Once application is submitted, it may take several days for us to follow up with all appropriate contact information. We will initially respond via email but feel free to call us directly with any follow-up questions. We always encourage potential adopters to submit an application in advance of your visit to our shelter. Same-day feline adoptions are possible with pre-approved applications. Canine adoptions take several visits as dog-to-dog and family meet-and-greets are required.
