Cheeto's Story
Meet Cheeto, a 7-month-old kitten with a gentle heart who's looking for a patient, understanding home. Cheeto had a difficult start to life. His mother was unvaccinated and tested positive for FeLV, so Cheeto had to remain isolated until he was old enough to be tested himself. Because of this, he missed out on important early socialization experiences. The wonderful news is that Cheeto tested negative for FeLV and is healthy and ready to find his forever family!
Cheeto's foster has been working hard to help him build confidence, and he's made great progress. He's a very sweet boy, though still shy and timid around new people. Where Cheeto truly shines is with other cats - he absolutely loves playing with his siblings and the resident foster cat. He would do best in a calm home with a friendly feline companion or, even better, one of his littermates.

Cheeto will need an adopter who can give him time, patience, and understanding as he continues to come out of his shell. Watching him gain confidence is incredibly rewarding, and with the right home, he has so much potential to blossom.

Because of his special socialization needs, Cheddar's adoption fee has been waived.

Interested in this sweet cat?
