🧡 Meet Cheeto 🧡<br/><br/>Cheeto is our sweet, lovable orange boy and a perfect example of why cats are safest living indoors.<br/><br/>Cheeto came to us after being hit by a car. Thankfully, he was incredibly lucky and didn’t suffer any life-threatening injuries. However, his tail had become degloved, which meant he needed emergency surgery. After lots of care and recovery time, Cheeto is now healing well and ready to find the loving home he truly deserves.<br/><br/>Despite everything he’s been through, Cheeto hasn’t lost his sunny personality one bit. He absolutely loves people and is famous around here for giving the best little hugs. He’s affectionate, friendly, and always eager to be part of whatever you’re doing.<br/><br/>Cheeto is also curious about other animals, and with proper introductions he may enjoy having furry friends in his new home.<br/><br/>After such a scary experience, Cheeto is ready to leave his rough days behind and settle into a safe indoor home where he can be spoiled, loved, and protected for the rest of his life.<br/><br/>If you’re looking for a cuddly companion with a big heart and an even bigger personality, Cheeto might be your perfect match. 🐾<br/><br/>Reach out to learn more about adopting Cheeto!<br/><br/>Sweet Cheeto had a follow-up vet visit yesterday, and we have a small update to share. While his tail has healed beautifully, he did test positive for FIV.<br/><br/>The good news is that Cheeto is currently asymptomatic and can still live a long, happy, and healthy life. FIV+ cats can thrive just like any other cat with proper care! However, he will need to be in a home without other cats unless they are also FIV+.<br/><br/>Cheeto is still the same loving, affectionate boy who adores people and can’t wait to find his perfect match
