**ON MEDICAL HOLD // NOT REVIEWING APPLICATIONS UNTIL MEDICAL HOLD IS RELEASED**<br/><br/>Hi! I am Cheddar, a young and handsome kitten. I have dark orange fur and have adorable tabby features. I came to the shelter with 3 other of my siblings. I am the last of my litter, still awaiting my home. I am a little more shy and reserved than some of my other kitten friends. Once I am comfortable, I will come out of my shell and come up for scratches & pets. Once relaxed, I will purr loudly. I do like to play with toys and sit in front of the window, sunbathing. <br/><br/>I will be neutered and I am up to date on my age appropriate vaccines. I was tested for FIV/ Feline Leukemia and am negative for both. I receive routine flea and tick preventatives, monthly as well as some well deserved pampering periodically: brushing, nail trims & ear cleaning.<br/><br/>My ideal home includes a home where I can get lots of attention while also respecting my need for space. I am still young so I am still impressionable. I do not know how I would do with dogs. I would do best in a home with kids who understand boundaries. A home with a ton of activity might be scary to me and put me into anxiety overload. A calmer home with a moderate amount of activity would be good for me. <br/><br/>I need a family that is caring, compassionate and loving. I want a family that is patient, willing to give me what I need: a warm bed, plenty of good food & clean water, and lots of pets and love.<br/><br/>My shelter family works tirelessly to ensure I and my friends go to the right family.
