Meet Checkers!
Checkers is a little slow to warm up to strangers, but she will quickly get comfortable with anyone that will scratch her ears. She loves to cuddle and has a loud purr to let you know how much she appreciates a good snuggle. Checkers is also very playful and loves to chase a laser pointer or string toy and is very social with the cats she is in foster with. Checkers loves a warm sleeping spot and you will often find her tucked under a blanket or stretched out in a warm sunbeam.
Checkers would do best in a home where there is at least 1 other cat to be a companion, cuddle buddy and playmate.
