Charlotte (I'm in foster care!)'s Story
To meet or adopt Charlotte please visit https://goodhomepetadoptions.org/adopt! We are not able to reply to DMs emails or inquiries made through 3rd party pet adoption websites.Read more about Charlotte on Instagram at @goodhome_goodcats!Age: young approximately 7 months as of 7/1/22Temperament: lap cat friendly can be shy at first playful affectionateCharlotte was named after the intrepid spider of E.B. White's story as she was found abandoned in the rafters & walls of a building that we've dubbed the "Blair Witch Project site" due to its scary conditions. It took us eleven days to trap her (even using the big guns like rotisserie chicken)! Aside from being so terrified that she barely dared to come out at this location you can hear the sounds of people and family through the floorboards - it almost seemed like she was trying to stay close to that to find her way back inside. Now in foster care with @goodhome_goodcats Charlotte's regained her confidence and she loves to play! She has a feline foster brother who she enjoys chasing and playing with but could also go as a single as long as her human gives her lots of playtime and attention. She especially loves the laser pointer string toys and anything that bounces and springs.Charlotte likes curling up on laps and next to her humans on the couch. She'll trot after her foster mom when she wants attention. She can be held like a football but will squirm after a bit (typical kitten!). She loves receiving scratches when she's on the couch or by your feet.To meet or adopt Charlotte please complete an Adoption Q&A on our website: https://goodhomepetadoptions.org/adopt!-----GOOD HOME is a 501(c)(3) non-profit.
