Charlotte's Story
Charlotte is a gentle girl with a little spark of nervous energy—understandable given the busy shelter environment. While new surroundings can make her a bit unsure at first, it doesn’t take long for her true personality to shine through. She’s very sweet and enjoys attention, happily soaking up pets and quiet affection from her people. Charlotte has a nice balance to her personality. She loves being around you and will seek out affection, but she’s also perfectly content doing her own thing and relaxing nearby. With a little patience and a lot of love, Charlotte will blossom into a devoted and easygoing companion.

All cats and kittens come spayed and neutered, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fees are $50.00 for adult cats and $75.00 for kittens under 6 months old at the time of adoption. Our adoptions are done by approved applications, so you must apply and be approved before being able to meet any of our cats or kittens.

To be approved, you can apply in person or online at:
https://www.storycountyiowa.gov/1486/Adoption-Application
Applications can take a few business days to be approved and you will be emailed with communications regarding your application.
