Charlotte is an 8-year-old girl who’s having a hard time adjusting to shelter life. She is very shy and can be quite scared, often hissing to express her uncertainty, but she is not aggressive—just overwhelmed. Charlotte finds comfort burrowing into soft blankets where she feels safe.<br/><br/>She recently had a dental procedure, which has left her with the cutest little tongue that sometimes peeks out, adding to her unique charm.
