Meet Charlotte! This poor girl has been through it. She's been adopted and returned to us twice, through no fault of her own. Her original story was that she supposed to be an TNR but she was just too sweet to go back outside. She's good with cats and loves people. Charlotte needs to be given the freedom to decide when she wants attention. She definitely isn't happy if you try to corner her to scoop her up against her will, but other than that, she loves pets and butt scritches. She's also a SUPER nosy neighbor and loves looking out the window at the cars going by. She got her spay and is UTD with her vaccines. She is litter box trained and is overall a clean, sweet lady.
