Charlie *Courtesy Post's Story
*Courtesy Post

Could you give Charlie a chance? This sweet - and oh-so-handsome - boy turned up at a colony caretaker's feeding station earlier this year. Charlie clearly had a home once, and deserves a chance to find one again. From his caretaker:

According to the vet, he is about a year old. He showed up at one of our feeding locations in January. In the beginning, he was so scared, he would sprint away as soon as he heard us coming. But then one day, in early February, he just stopped running and came up to me and let me pet him. That’s all it took! He waits for us every morning and evening. He sleeps in one of our cat huts every night. So far, he is friendly with everyone he has come into contact with, even kids. He loves belly rubs and attention in general. He can be picked up for short amounts of time and will sit on your lap for pets. He is neutered and has his rabies shot. We have no idea how he would do in a home or with other pets. But, if someone would take a chance on him, I think he would be a great pet!

*Courtesy posting is a service RCHS provides to our community members who need to rehome an animal. This animal is not with RCHS and all information is provided by the animal's current guardian.

If you are interested in adopting this cat, you can email info@rchsks.org and you can fill out an application here: bit.ly/Cat-Adopt-App
