From the moment he arrived, he acted as if he's been here forever - relaxed, confident and super snuggly. When he's not being a total ladies man, you might catch him passed out sleeping in the silliest positions. Basically, Charlie be your self-appointed sunshine on cloudy days. He's is good with other cats, and would be fine with chill dogs and kids.
