Every evening, you'll find him curled up next to his foster, happily snoozing the night away as close as he can possibly get. In Charlie's world, there's no such thing as too much love! If he could spend all day touching you, he absolutely would.<br/><br/>With his calm, affectionate personality, Charlie is the kind of companion who turns quiet moments into the best part of the day. Due to his condition, the shelter had to shave his coat to give him a fresh start!
