She’s smart and can be sensible and silly. She’s friends with all the foster kittens and will wrestle and play, but she can also entertain herself and will go off and spend time looking out the window. She’s friendly to people and undemanding, letting the more outgoing foster kittens get most of the attention. Spending time with Charlie is rewarding; she brings calm, loving demeanor to interactions. She is a treasure waiting to be discovered.<br/>Charlie's back leg was amputated due to an injury that occurred when she was very young. It had healed by the time she came to the shelter but would have caused her problems later in life. She can run and jump and play as she is and doesn’t need sympathy,--a loving home is all she asks.<br/>Charlie should be fine with kind dogs and kids.<br/>Charlie was born approximately March 15, 2026, and her adoption fee is $160, or adopt two and the second is one-half price. She is spayed, up-to-date on shots and deworming, has a microchip, and tested negative for feline leukemia virus.<br/><br/>You can visit our adoptable cats and kittens during weekend business hours at our adoption center, address and times above. During the week, all our kitties live in licensed foster homes, and while most do come to the adoption center each weekend, not every kitty attends every weekend. For more information, or to confirm whether a particular cat or kitten will be present that weekend, please email kittycityks@aol.com. Kitty City Kansas Rescue is a volunteer, non-profit organization.
