Charley's Story

Adorable black and white Charley is a gentle, lovable cat. She was adopted as a kitten, but was returned to us as a 7-year-old adult, along with her "sister Penny, because the adoptors' newborn child was asthmatic and severely alergic to them. As a kitten she was found under a Delta Township business on 1-19-19, very cold and hungry. The employees there could not stand watching her suffer, so they brought her inside; one of them, fostering her until we were contacted and took her on 1-22-19. Attempts were made to find her owner, without success. She was not microchipped when we got her. Her new foster mom wrote this about her: "She will jump into your arms if you make any basket/shelf shape of your arms; if you tap your chest, she will prop herself towards your face and she gives kisses, not skittish and fine with the vacuum and other loud noises. She's fine with our cat and my papillon, Wants to be held or on your lap/ shoulder and her fur is very soft! Okay with being on her back, and she likes face rubs and chin scratches."

Charley's adoption fee is $175, (shots have since been updated),which includes spaying (1-23-19--CAHS), a 1-year rabies shot (1-23-19--CAHS), a distemper combo (FVRCP) shot (1-22-19--CAHS), deworming (Strongid-T--1-22-19--CAHS), and microchipping through 24PetWatch (1-23-19--CAHS). She tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV on 1-22-19 (CAHS).
She is front declawed.

For more information on this adorable girl, please contact Jannlifsey@peoplepc.com or contact Jann at 517-410-0074.
