Meet Charles! <br/><br/>Charles is a young 9 month old old male. Charles was dumped in a not so great area, he was staring and crying into peoples windows to go inside. We were contacted and sent a video of him ourside crying and immediately took him in. He is healthy and extremely sweet. He is being fostered with other cats but we are unsure about dogs, but due to his mellow demeanor he may be ok with a mellow cat friendly dog with proper introductions. He would be great with kids!
