S<br/><br/>he has several unique and adorable little habits like dancing her way around a cat tree and rising up on her back legs for head butts. <br/><br/>She is gentle and curious. She loves the company of other kitties and is very social. <br/><br/>Like many kitties, she is quite shy at first and likes to take her time developing a bond but it's well worth the wait. <br/><br/>At 2 years old, she's past the stage where your curtains and Christmas trees are at risk but she still will entertain you with her energy and playfulness. <br/><br/>She has very furry little feet and loves to rip around but go sliding into walls so hopefully you have an area rug where she can get a little traction:-) <br/><br/>She gets along well with other cats – is respectful of their space but also loves to play with them. <br/><br/>She had a very unique voice that just a cute and special as she is.<br/><br/>To help Char settle into a new space, we recommend starting her off in a smaller safe room so she can adjust gradually and feel safe. Reading the “Rule of Three” document included with the adoption resources will help you help Char settle in.<br/><br/>Compatibility<br/>Cats: Yes, Char would do well with a friendly feline friend but could also be fine as a solo if her people are around a lot<br/>Dogs: Unknown, Char did not meet dogs in CatNap’s care<br/>Kids: Char would not tolerate the shenanigans and boisterous nature of young children so would do best in an adult only home or a home with teenagers who know how to read cat body language.<br/><br/>Age<br/>Estimated age: 2 years old <br/><br/>Veterinary Information<br/>• Char has been spayed<br/>• Char was noted as having a ‘raspy’ meow when she came into care – she had a full vet exam and x-rays, and she was cleared of there being any medical concerns. As such, this rough tone to her voice is just her own unique sound. <br/>• Vaccinated for FVRCP and Feline Leukemia<br/>• Microchipped<br/>• Deflead and dewormed<br/>• Six weeks of pet insurance<br/>• Health record card<br/>• Specific diagnostic testing may also have been done as each cat's health may warrant while in CatNap's care.
