Chantilly, a 1 year old female who was found in a Detroit industrial park with her 2 kittens. A kind business owner began feeding them and contacted her current foster. Sadly, one of the kittens didn't make it while the other kitten was taken in by another business owner in the park.
Petite and sweet, Chantilly is a real lap cat who wants to be around her person every minute. She will follow her person around seeking attention like a dog , and being chatty with little burr noises. She is very playful, smart and inquisitive.
She wants to be the center of attention so she will flop at your feet wanting her human to notice her, and may grab ankles if not getting the attention she craves. Because of this, we say no to young children and people who aren't real steady on their feet or walking ability.
She will make a lovely companion but needs a family that will keep her occupied, that is home a lot, and take notice and be attentive to her needs. She loves boxes, toys and plays hard, with the laser pointer being her favorite.
She loves canned food and will come running when you call her. She will make a great Netflix and TV show buddy, sitting on the sofa having a paw touching her human to show her love and commitment.
Chantilly will do best as an only pet in the home. You really don't need another pet with this beautiful, attentive, young, lover gal.
